Summary

Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for the support of all Citrix products via the phone, fax, remote access and email.
Requirements
•Must have a strong knowledge of the Citrix Systems products and working knowledge of IBM PC compatible technology.
•Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 server in a network environment. Must understand admin features of Microsoft Windows 2000/2003.
•Strong knowledge of networking protocols – TCP/IP, NetBeui & IPX/SPX preferred.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

•Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or systems.
•At least two years in a technical customer support role or field experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication.
•Must be fluent in English, and German or another language.

Overview

As a training specialist you will live and work on a Holland America Cruise ship. You will responsible for delivering learning sessions as well as providing hands-on instruction to individuals. You will teach participants how to use Microsoft Vista tools and how to create memory-related items such as videos & edited photos.

The contact is for 6 months and it pays $250 dollars per day (plus free accommodation and living)
